Shipping Information

All gifts are delivered personally by a carrier from the flowershop within about 24-48 hours of the purchase. There are NO extra shipping charges as all prices already have the shipping charges figured in.

Please order your gifts at least 24 hours before the desired delivery time.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the delivery or the gift, we will be happy to replace it with the one that is equal or lesser value. Please e-mail us at info@obraduj.com. Remember that if you change your mind 48 hours before the gift is delivered, we will credit back your account.
